Delivery Errors

If the wrong items are delivered due to our mistake, please contact us within 15 minutes of receiving your order. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.

Quality Issues

If there is a problem with food quality (e.g., spoilage, foreign objects), please provide photo evidence and contact customer service within 30 minutes of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or credit.

Resolution Options

No cash refunds will be issued.

Verified issues may be resolved with:

✓ Discount voucher for future orders

Non-Qualifying Situations

Failed deliveries due to incorrect customer-provided address

Order cancellations by the customer

Complaints submitted after the specified time window
